Actu Publica is an independent student-led organization. Based in Vietnam, we want to create a platform in which we and other youths can fully express our opinions on current/historical events and fight for a cause we believe in. We also believe in providing an independent and trustworthy news source. Current events in mainstream media cannot always be fully trusted, as it has almost always been modified or exaggerated for profit or political interest. We live in a world where the ruling class have learnt to control the media in order to impose a narrative, further corroding the Fourth Estate. We believe that, in a world where knowledge has become increasingly accessible, true knowledge can only be attained by the objective filtration of what is and what is not false. We, at Actu Publice, promise to be independent and ridden with influences to bring you essays, news articles, and informed opinion pieces.

Hello! My name's Camille and I'm a highschool student from Vietnam. I first got into politics when i was in 5th-6th grade. My political views had constantly change since then because every media I consummed has been biased or influenced by outside powers. It was not until this year, when I got into political litterature from the likes of George Orwell and Noam Chomsky, that I finally actually believe in something. I long wished for a platform where I can write objective news all the while expressing my opinions on seperate articles. I wish for this organization to grow with future members and lasts as long as it can.
